Cisco buys Ubiquysis Ltd. for USD 310M, Sallfort investors with big return
April 3rd 2013, today Cisco announced its intend to aquire 100% of the shares of UK based Ubiquysis Ltd. for USD 310M in cash. Closing is expexted in May 2013. The deal creates the first exit for Sallforts`s Private Equity Club deal services where Sallfort shareholders and Sallfort clients jointly investing in growth companies in the technology sector. Sallfort leads the last investment round in June 2012 where USD 19M have been invested incl. a major share from Sallfort and its clients. Only 10 month later the investment is announced to be exited which will create a capital return with a performance of several hundrets of percent for the investors.

Le secteur ‘Private Equity, Products& Services’ offre aux particuliers, family offices et investisseurs institutionnels des Private Equity Club Deals et des produits de placement novateurs, ainsi que des services M&A. Le département est dirigé par Michael Bornhäusser, désormais également membre de la direction de Sallfort Privatbank AG. Michael Bornhäusser est un entrepreneur qui a déjà créé, organisé et cédé (IPO ou trade sale) différentes entreprises dans les domaines de la technologie, des médias et des télécommunications.
